throughout the housing value chain. Understanding these dynamics is essential for addressing the challenges
and opportunities in providing affordable and sustainable housing for all. In Africa, housing plays a critical role
in socio-economic development, contributing to health, well-being, and economic productivity. The construction
of housing will play an immense role in responding to climate challenges and making the transition
to a green economy possible. If the housing sector is not transformed, we will not meet our economic and
environmental targets.
